2. Conclusion of contract

2.2 The provider confirms receipt of the offer immediately by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 The prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT.

3.2 Payment shall be made by PayPal or credit card.

3.3 The invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery and download

4.1 Once payment has been received in full, the provider shall make the purchased video mock-ups available for download. The download link will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

4.2 The customer is responsible for the technical equipment required to download and use the video mockups.

5. Retention of title

5.1 Unless otherwise stated or clearly recognisable, all content available on this website is the property of visual moods studio. visual moods makes every effort to ensure that the content provided on this website does not violate any applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. visual moods studio owns and retains all intellectual property rights to all content.

5.2 In particular, the user is not permitted to copy or download, share, modify the source videos, resell, sub-licence, transfer to third parties or create derivative works from the content without a purchase agreement.

6. Rights of use

6.1 With the purchase of the video mock-ups, the customer acquires a simple right of use for private or commercial use.

6.2 Passing on, reproducing or making the mock-ups publicly accessible, even in part, is not permitted without the express written consent of the provider.

7. Warranty

7.1 The warranty shall be governed by the statutory provisions.

7.2 The provider warrants that the video mockups are free from defects of title at the time of delivery.

8. Liability

The liability of the provider for damages, regardless of the legal grounds, is excluded, unless otherwise specified below.

10. Final provisions

10.1 The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Stuttgart if the customer is an entrepreneur.

10.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
